We look back on seven years of Ket & Doc, with our eyes on the future! During this annual debate, we zoom in on youth documentaries and their countless possibilities.
Come to the Industry Talk during the Antwerp Youth Film Festival and look back on seven years of Ket & Doc. This project by VAF, KETNET and JEF supports the production and presentation of short youth documentaries every year.
During the talk, we will analyse festival selections, special screenings, international collaborations and impact projects. After all, many Ket & Doc films have followed an inspiring trajectory that can serve as an example. Previous Ket & Doc participants will be here to tell us more about this.
Speakers:
Afterwards, director and film lecturer Martijn Blekendaal (guest lecturer at the Netherlands Film Academy, researcher and director of, among other things, the youth documentary The Invisible Ones) will tell us all about the latest version of his manifesto on youth documentaries.
