All our venues are accessible for wheelchairs, except Sphinx Cinema (Ghent) & Studio Skoop (Ghent).

The non-Dutch-speaking films on the festival program are subtitled by default - no closed captioning.

The JEF in Hospital project ensures that children with limited mobility can also enjoy the greatest youth films.

On the user-friendly online platform (in Dutch), they can access the best youth films all year round. During the Youth Film Festival, we put part of the festival program online every year. This way, children can enjoy a unique festival experience from their hospital, rehabilitation centre, or home, and even present an award.

Are you entitled to reduction rate? If so, as a resident of the city of Antwerp, you can get up to 100 euros back on an annual basis for participating in sports, cultural or youth activities.

Every child and young person is entitled to free time. You can apply here (in Dutch).

Do you have a therapy animal or emotional support animal you would like to bring to the festival? Contact us before your visit. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

For assistance animals (such as guide dogs) there is of course no need to contact us in advance.
