Eleven-year-old Tony emits light. He has been doing so since birth! So his parents make him wear masks to hide his 'abnormality'. One day, the mysterious Shelly moves into a dark apartment in their building. It is the beginning of an imaginative journey on which Tony learns that his glow is a power.
